PROCEDURE TECHNIQUE
Prior to your liquid facelift, Dr. Schwartz will consider your aesthetic goals and the previously determined treatment plan to properly choose the correct blend of injectables and the quantity used. The procedure technique for both the fillers and the relaxers is similar, beginning with Dr. Schwartz distinguishing the injection sites. Next, your skin will be cleansed and a local numbing agent will be used in the treatment area. Using a fine needle and syringe, Dr. Schwartz will begin injecting fillers and relaxers into the desired areas. The entire procedure can be completed in-office. Patients undergoing a chemical peel, laser treatment, or any type of medical-grade facial may be able to undergo these treatments in the same appointment block, or Dr. Schwartz may recommend spacing these appointments out to allow the fillers and relaxers to begin working. A liquid facelift often works best by choosing a variety of treatments and completing the process within 3 – 4 weeks.
