This client came to Dr. Schwartz seeking relief from large and unmanageable breasts that were sitting too low on her chest wall. Dr. Schwartz performed his signature LipoLift® Breast Lift and Breast Reduction, with nipple/areola complex resizing. The LipoLift® succeeded in correcting her breast asymmetry, reduced her macromastia (overly large breasts), breast ptosis (sagging), glandular ptosis, back pain, neck pain, and shoulder pain. Right breast: 400 cc of breast tissue removed. Left breast: 600 cc breast tissue removed. We also transferred fat to fill in her bra strap shoulder grooves. This cosmetically looks better but also gives more padding to relieve bra pain.
