Soreness, swelling, and hypersensitivity can be common symptoms after a breast augmentation surgery. Nipple sensitivity could be due to stretching of the nerves to accommodate the new shape of the implant and increase in volume. Since it is nerve related it could subside in a few days or even a few months.
