What are the options to fix an unsatisfactory breast reduction?

My LipoLift technique is a lot more specific especially for symmetry and does not hollow out areas of the breast. Sometimes we need to perform fat grafting as well as re-lifting the breasts and trying to fill out the hollow areas. Its a technique called "oncoplastic reconstruction" which I use for my breast cancer patients that are having a large chunk taken out for the lumpectomy but still prefer a normal breast appearance.
